Military Reserve Duty

An employee carrying out reserve military obligations will receive payment during the absence from the university.

Scholarship Recipients - M.A and PhD

M.A and PhD Recipients are entitled to continue receiving a scholarship while carrying out their military reserves obligations.

Those who carried out their reserves obligation for at least 21 consecutive days a year are entitled to an extension at the end of the scholarship period (equal to the duration of the period of absence).

The extension is at the university's expense and not the advisor's budget.
